Ray H. Hughes' Who is the Holy Ghost? is written from the Holiness-Pentecostal perspective. While Apostolics would have disagreements with some of what Hughes has to say, he does insightfully capture the power and purpose of the Holy Spirit. I would recommend this book. - Dr. David S. Norris
